Sammy is an excellent help when choosing and using hearing aids…and expert! I have had little trouble with Audibel hearing aids. It is my second method to try. The others I could not use easily. These are fairly easy to insert and adjust to environment.

Purchased hearing aids at Audibel store in Monroe, LA. Having relocated to this area, very grateful to have found this location in Shreveport, LA. Not the biggest fan of hearing aids. Tend to get frustrated easily after they stop working (wax buildup). At least I think I try to take care of them as much as possible. Anyway, I finally got up the nerve to go to this location in Shreveport last May 2022 because they were not working properly, and Sammy was of great assistance (it did not hurt that he himself was a hearing aid wearer!) I sat there in amazement at how he got them "babies to sing." I walked out of their like a "kid in the candy store"... with my hearing aids in my ears and not in a pill bottle. Well, I came back to Audibel again today. Thankful that Sammy was still there. He has such a way with them things that he automatically knew what to do and how to do it. Can't understand how, as an Audibel customer, the cleaning of hearing aids comes as a "no charge." But my hearing aids are "purring like a kitten." I am truly grateful for this service. Hearing loss is indeed troubling. Problems with hearing aids are frustrating; and things will happen. Thank you, Audibel, for your customer service. If you are in need of hearing aids, don't keep putting them off. Go to Audibel in Shreveport (Jordan St) to Sammy. You'll be glad you did!

This is a wonderful business!! My mother had expensive hearing aids from elsewhere , but when she came to Sammy, he fitted her with Audibles that increased her hearing and cost less . At age 100 she now hears well with them! Also if there are repairs , they take care of their clients well and quickly . We love them! ❤️

My Hunter’s Ear proved invaluable on my recent safari to South Africa. While spotting and stalking Kudu, Eland and other plains game, I was able to clearly hear my PH speaking to me; even when he was speaking at a low whisper. Then, when it was time to shoot, the Hunter’s Ear immediately converted from hearing enhancement to providing excellent hearing protection from the report of my 300 Winchester Magnum. I unequivocally recommend the Hunter’s Ear.

Whether training my daughter to shoot at the range or taking her afield to hunt, safety is a paramount concern. I found that when using our Hunter’s Ears, my daughter could hear my instructions clearly and had excellent hearing protection when she shot. On safari, she was able to communicate with the PH while staking game and she didn’t have to make any adjustments or put on other hearing protection when it was time to shoot. I would recommend Hunter’s Ear to every parent teaching their child to shot or hunt.

As life progressed I began to notice that I was having difficulty hearing . . . I began to withdraw by skipping lunch with coworkers because I couldn’t understand or follow the conversation anymore . . . when I would chime in they would look at me like I was crazy because what I would say didn’t make sense. Being unable to follow conversations was hard, so I just decided to skip those situations all together and avoided confronting my hearing loss.

I knew it was time to get a hearing aid when I was backing out of my driveway and hit another car. The driver was honking ferociously the whole time yet I didn’t hear it! I was fortunate that nobody was injured. I called Audibel immediately for a free hearing test.

Since 2006 I have been wearing Audibel hearing aids and can’t imagine living my life the way I was — in isolation! Sammy and his staff have always been so caring and helpful and I am glad I didn’t wait any longer than I did to come see them! I enjoy going places, having lunch with friends, and traveling the world. My experiences wouldn’t be near as enjoyable without my hearing aids! Many thanks to Sammy and his team!!
